Refund policy
At Artistech, every project involves dedicated time, strategy, planning, and creative work. Because our services are customized to each client, refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the scope and nature of the project.
The specific payment, refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and termination terms for each client project are outlined in the applicable contract or service agreement. If there is any conflict between this general policy and your signed agreement, the terms of your signed agreement will apply.
Deposits & Project Payments
Unless otherwise stated in your contract, deposits and initial project payments are non-refundable. These payments reserve time in our project schedule and allow us to begin planning and preparing for your project.
Once work has begun, payments for completed work, time already allocated to the project, and expenses incurred are non-refundable.
Any refund for prepaid work that has not yet been completed will be handled in accordance with the terms of your contract or service agreement.
Cancellations & Project Termination
If you decide to cancel or terminate a project, please notify us as soon as possible.
Any outstanding payments, refunds, deliverables, or other obligations following a cancellation will be handled according to the termination terms outlined in your contract.
Rescheduling & Project Delays
We understand that timelines sometimes change. If you need to postpone or reschedule your project, please contact us as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to Artistech's availability and may affect your original project timeline. Rescheduling fees may apply, particularly when a project is postponed after time has already been reserved in our schedule. Any applicable fees or project-specific terms will be outlined in your contract.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, templates, downloads, and other immediately accessible digital materials, these purchases are final sale and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.
Third-Party Costs
Third-party expenses incurred as part of a project—including software, domains, hosting, fonts, plugins, stock assets, advertising costs, printing, or other external services—are generally non-refundable once purchased or incurred.
Third-party purchases may also be subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the applicable provider.
Questions
