Frequently asked questions
What happens after I purchase?
Once you book, we'll send you a link to schedule your kickoff call with our team.
During the call, we'll review your website, artwork, what you'd like to sell, and any POD providers you're already considering. Together, we'll scope your setup and decide on the best approach before we start implementing anything.
From there, we'll take care of the tech integration, set up your first five products, test everything, and provide custom training so you know how to manage your new setup moving forward.
Do I need to have a website already?
Yes. This package is designed to integrate Print on Demand into an existing website or online store. If you need a new website or ecommerce store as well, we can scope that separately.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is our specialty, and Artistech is a Shopify Partner. We can also work with other platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, and others, depending on your existing website and the print-on-demand integration required. At this time, we do not offer services for WordPress websites.
What does the setup of my first five products include?
We’ll set up five products using your artwork in your selected POD provider and connect them to your website. Your products can include a mix of prints, framed and unframed options, and other print-on-demand products. We’ll configure the product options and shipping settings and make sure everything is working properly with your store.
What if I want you to set up more than five products?
We can absolutely help. Your first five products are included in the package, and your custom training will show you how to add more yourself. If you'd prefer us to build out the rest of your catalogue, we can scope that separately during your kickoff call.
What does the custom training include?
Once everything is set up, we'll provide video training specific to your website and POD setup, so you know how to add new products, make changes, manage orders and work with the system confidently on your own.
