About the Client

Rebecca Whitaker is a Utah-based fiber artist creating sculptural woven wall hangings inspired by nature, memory, and the quiet beauty of organic forms. Working with natural fibers such as wool, cotton, silk, and raffia, her highly textured tapestries evoke landscapes while inviting moments of connection, reflection, and calm.

"Working with Parisa gave me so much more than a website. The planning process brought incredible clarity to my business goals, pricing, and long-term vision. My website now perfectly reflects my brand while giving me room to grow into the future. Parisa was phenomenal to work with... patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to my success. The confidence I gained through this experience alone made it well worth the investment."

What Makes This Website Unique

Rebecca's artwork is soft, tactile, and deeply connected to the natural world. We wanted every part of her online presence to evoke those same qualities.

Beginning with a complete brand identity, we created a visual language inspired by the textures of woven fibers, earthy landscapes, and the quiet elegance of her work. A calming palette of sage, linen, clay, charcoal, and soft neutrals paired with refined typography creates a brand that feels warm, timeless, and handcrafted, mirroring the experience of standing in front of one of Rebecca's tapestries.

The website was intentionally designed to let the artwork breathe. Spacious layouts, generous white space, and carefully considered photography allow visitors to appreciate the incredible texture and craftsmanship of every piece while naturally guiding collectors and interior designers toward commissioning their own artwork.

Branding

Rebecca's work is defined by softness, texture, and movement, so her visual identity needed to capture those same qualities.

Inspired by the flow of woven fiber, we designed a custom signature logo that moves like a continuous strand of thread across the page, a subtle nod to her medium without becoming literal. Paired with elegant typography and an earthy palette of sage, clay, linen, charcoal, and warm neutrals, the brand feels quiet, refined, and timeless.

Every element was designed to complement, not compete with, Rebecca's artwork. The identity creates a sense of calm and craftsmanship while positioning her work within the luxury interiors market, giving her a brand that feels as considered and enduring as the tapestries she creates.

Beyond the Website

Rebecca has been an Artistech client for several years, and her website has grown alongside her business.

When we first launched the site, it was designed to showcase her portfolio, support her commission process, and replace the limitations of her previous Wix website with a platform built for long-term growth.

As her practice evolved, so did her business. Today, Rebecca works with private collectors, interior designers, architects, and municipalities, while also offering a new category of deeply personal, intention-led commissions alongside her architectural commission work. That evolution required more than new content, it required rethinking how visitors navigate her services and experience her brand.

Rather than starting over, we continued building on the same foundation. Together, we've expanded her commission experience into distinct pathways for different audiences, refined her inquiry process, and updated the website to reflect the way she works today.

Rebecca's website is a perfect example of why we don't see a website as a one-time project. Like an artist's career, it should continue to evolve, supporting new opportunities, new services, and new chapters as the business grows.
